What We'll Be Covering

Defining Mindfulness
You've heard the term mindfulness thrown around everywhere, but what is it really? During this workshop Melanie will walk you through a lesson on the basics of mindfulness and show you how to begin applying it to your daily life.

Grounding
Meditation
If you're someone who self identifies as a "bad meditator" this workshop is for you. Michael will break down how simple grounding techniques can help you stay in the present moment and serve as an anchor to return to in times of stress.

Activity
We'll end the workshop with a powerful exercise on how to begin practicing presence in your daily life. Our hope is to send you off from this workshop with a clearer understanding of mindfulness and meditation and the tools to apply it to your life.
